Does not come with batteries. Screen and console has scratched and scuff marks. Box and foam insert are in good - fair condition. Some damage around headphone jack with the plastic. Hard to take photos of the screen while working as the camera cant pick it up. Battery terminals have some minor rusting but still works and plays/turns on.
